* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations/rescheduling made 24+ hours before the appointment may be moved to a new date, but the deposit remains non-refundable. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee in addition to forfeiting the deposit. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will need to pay in full before booking again.
